Who's afraid of brinjal?
Nobody. And that's just the point Anil Parab, a Mumbai gangster, has been trying to make to the police. Mid Day reports:
Dreaded gangster Anil Parab ‘Vangya’ filed an application in court stating that he should be strictly called by name, without the ‘demeaning’ suffix, Vangya.This is the lunch he should be given everyday in prison.
In Marathi, vangya means a brinjal.
