Dabba ghost
Do you believe in ghosts and haunted houses and unlucky places and other such mumbo-jumbo? If not, then now's the time to buy a house in Mumbai. Real-estate prices are rising steadily, but, according to a Mid Day report, the price of houses where suicides have taken place are much lower than normal. So find a flat in your dream neighbourhood where someone has killed himself or herself, and you're likely to get it cheap.
