How not to apologise for a sexual crime
I don't recall fondling anybody, but if the victim says I did it, I must have done it. I'm terribly sorry.Taku Yamazaki, a police inspector in Tokyo, who "approached a woman in her 40s waiting at a crossing in the Oyama Higashi district of Itabashi-ku and squeezed her breasts. When the woman demanded he stop, Yamazaki punched her in the face."
This guys was 57 years old, for fug's sake. How did he get here?
