Isn't it a terrifying thought that there is a seven-year-old girl somewhere who, every time she goes to the toilet for the rest of her childhood, might remember this? And isn't that far worse than any sentence that her rapist might receive?
That's the problem with crimes like murder and rape: you can't punish them enough. What's done is done. All you can do is try to sate the outrage and the anger.
And yes, you must have heard, Sunil More got 12 years. Sated?
