Indian kids rock
In which other country in the world do one-year-old kids get arrested for stealing electricity? Yes, yes, according to this IANS report, that's just what one such kid has been charged with doing in Ranchi. My favourite line of the report:

JSEB officials said in the complaint the boy had been stealing electricity for a long time and a seven metre long wire was found in his possession.Huge fandom begins. Instantly a graphic novel must be written about this kid. Without delay movie rights must be sold. Dev Anand must play the title role.
