Hope for the physically challenged

No, not from the government, whose attitude towards disabled people was exposed in this fine piece from a few years ago by Annie Zaidi. But from BPO companies, many of whom have begun giving physically challenged people new opportunities, thus enabling them to help themselves. Their intent -- to get employees who are less likely to jump ship -- is irrelevant. Only the outcome matters. More choices for people who didn't have too many earlier.
