Manmohanji, come for dinner

A week ago, the BMC went into road-revamp overdrive, spending over Rs 50 lakh to spruce up a few chosen streets.No surprise. This is quite how I'd expect it to be in times of normalcy, as this is just how I've found it after a natural disaster. I toured Tamil Nadu after the tsunami struck, and wrote about this very phenomenon there.
On what basis were they selected? Simple – they’re the ones Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will use on his visit to the city today.
