Pornographic state
The police in Jharkhand is all fired up because on the internet, their state leads to porn. A recent discovery that http://www.jharkhand.com is a gateway to a porn site has agitated residents of Jharkhand, some of whom no doubt wistfully wish that the state was as raunchy offline as online.
