The ground beneath my feet

There was an earthquake in Mumbai this evening. The epicenter was in Thane. Rediff quotes an employee of Reliance Infocomm, in Navi Mumbai, as saying:
We felt the tremors but thought it could be vibrations caused by somebody moving some heavy machines on the floor above. But soon the entire campus was buzzing.
Trust a Reliance Infocomm employee to use terms like "vibrations" and "buzzing" while describing an earthquake. That's called corporate indoctrination. Not bad.
