The goat as big as a horse

Melting kababs were had last evening. Along with chicken white biriyani and the finest brain curry of our generation. Hash and Rahul were company, and the venue was the masterful Noor Mohammadi at Mohammad Ali Road. "Where at Mohammad Ali Road?" you ask, mouth watering. Well, look for the goat.

Outside the place there was this massive goat chained up, as big a horse. (Ok, a healthy pony.) Monumental nose. Lustrous white mane. Eyes full of fire. Photograph had to be taken, so I asked my young friends, whose spirits I thought would be filled with adventure, to kneel besides it. They laughed. They jeered. They mocked brutally. (Apparently Hash had witnessed the goat goring someone a couple of days ago.) Solo picture of goat was taken.

And today, lunch was had at Oh Calcutta with Hash and Gaurav. Tele Bhaja. Kosha Mangsho aar Loochi. Chingri Malai Curry. Ah ha ha ha ha. Nice. Followed by coffee with those two and Yazad, languidly ordered at the Regal Barista.

All in all, a fine weekend. Bloggers are good people. And goats are nice as well.
