The last wish
One more suicide because of pressure over exams. Mid Day reports on the death of a 15-year-old girl who killed herself because she "was tensed [sic] about her ICSE results". The newspaper has reproduced her suicide note, in which she asks for two things: one, her eyes should be donated; two, her younger brother should never eat non-vegetarian food again.
So here's a question for you: if her younger brother ignores her last wish and goes out and eats chicken biryani at Hotel Lucky next month, how would you react? Also, is your instinctive reaction different from your response after you think about it a bit, working from first principles?
