Coconut head

The last page of the February 16 issue of the Gujarat government's forthnightly magazine, Gujarat, contains the following definition:
Bihari Babu: A child was born without a head in our state. We had a coconut fitted, and he grew up to become the railway minister.

And now, the Indian Express reports, there's a row over this. Laloo Prasad Yadav, the union railway minister who's already upset with Gujarat's chief minister, Narendra Modi, has taken "serious note" (as opposed to jocular note) of the issue. What fun.

The two of them should meet up to make peace, and Modi should declare that he is thirsty. Then he should lean forward and put a straw into Laloo's ear.
