Ending a social evil

“Alcoholic businessman Anil Nagrath needs a politician to clear important tenders. So he sends wife Upasana Singh (she’s done cameos in Aitraaz and Hulchul) to entertain him. She’s so skilful, the politician suggests she expand her business. Singh opens her own brothel and makes it big. Nagrath realises that his wife is the propagator of a social evil—prostitution—and bumps her off.”

That was a synopsis of the film Naari Ek Khilona, from an article in the Indian Express titled “Body Shots”. It tells us about 13 such films in brief. Essential comic reading for the weekend.
