Mera naam Chin Chin Chu

Well, I mean, it could be. Not much odder than the chappie in Vietnam who named his son "Fined Six Thousand and Five Hundred", because that was "the amount he was forced to pay in local currency for ignoring Vietnam's two-child policy." Needless to say, the poor kid was "constantly being teased by classmates at school," and government officials finally persuaded the gentleman to change his kid's name.

Lalu Prasad Yadav also protested in a similar way, of course. I can imagine Rabri Devi going:

"No, darling, I have a headache tonight."

And Lalu replies: "Rabri, my beloved, this is not for pleasure. This is to protest against the government. Come forthwith."
