Discovering a travel writer
A few months ago a friend, Chandrahas Choudhury, introduced me to a fine writer I'd never heard of before called Ryszard Kapuscinski. The first book of his that I read was called The Shadow of the Sun, and that started me on a rewarding journey of discovering other books by him.
