My apologies to my readers, I've kept you guys waiting long enough for the launch of the new site. It took longer than I expected to create it, and then I was travelling through a lot of January, and caught up in other work.
In any case, the site launches on Monday, February 12. The site will have five sections, of which the India Uncut Blog will be one. The others include non-bloggy things, such as a daily crossword. Some other sections will have other contributors as well. This Blogspot site will remain as an archive of all my blogging uptil then.
All else will be revealed 10 days from now. Gastronomic gratitude grows for your patience and support!
